If you’re looking for a romantic restaurant to go on a date, you better try Bluegrass Restaurant. It is located in Rasuna Epicentrum, Jakarta, right beside the Bakrie Tower. It is a bar and grill restaurant which is very comfortable to spend time in.
The restaurant has both of outdoor and indoor area, and those of areas usually are called as a pleasant place by their customers. What differentiates the outdoor and indoor area is the indoor area has a warm atmosphere, yet the outdoor is a bit more mild caused by wind that blows all the time. People tend to choose to have their meal indoor at night, and have their meal outdoor at noon. Smokers are usually setting their eye on the outdoor area, because it is also a smoking area, which is a good news for them. Another good of this restaurant is the design. Since it has a rare design of restaurant (modern, stylish, using wooden chairs and tables), people are attracted to spend time there quite a lot.

And luckily, unlike the other newest cafe in town, this restaurants is less crowded on the weekend than weekdays. Since workers make this place to have their off-work meal, on weekdays evening this place are full of them. But on weekend, as I’ve been said before, it is less crowded, so you will get a bit private dinner or lunch with your mate.
Not only good in its design and atmosphere, Bluegrass restaurant also good in its taste of food and beverages. Picture above is the example of the best menus that offered (Ribs, salmon, and rainbow cake). Another good side of this restaurant is you can have these menus only about Rp. 50.000,- until Rp. 130.000,- each. In compared to other fancy restaurants in town, it’s a bit cheaper than others.
And the reasons why the costumers are willing to go back to this restaurant over and over again are not only its atmosphere, its design, and its taste of food & beverages, but also the service of the waitperson. They are so nice and friendly. They serve the costumers always with a big smile, which makes the costumers feel more comfortable.

Cool place to go indeed. As I see the pictures, it must be very cozy and fun for couples to spend their time there. Also, it is interesting to find that on the weekend it is not as crowded as on the weekdays, such a rare thing to happen to most cafes in town where they will always be busy on the weekend. Another thing, the range of price is quite affordable and seems worth to pay if we take a look at the menu and also the place.Therefore, they should take this place on the list as the next dating point.

Glad to know there is a good place to have a date without hard to find seats. It is really recommended for couples who want to go dinner in weekend with no need much money and see how crowded restaurants commonly, isn’t it? Well, I’m interested with the outdoor seats, it has more romantic atmosphere, especially at night, when the cool wind blows and make couples can enjoy their quality time. I couldn’t agree more with Icha and Denia! The place seems nice and the foods seem delicious that I stopped by the picture and stare at the food. I wish the taste will also as good as it looks. Since it is hard to find a quite place to enjoy meals and have quality time with my boyfriend in Jakarta, I think I should try to go there with him. The location is also near my house so we don’t need much time to spend for driving. What a nice recommendation, Alfi!
